Paul A. Krasker, Esquire

Paul A. Krasker, Esq. founded The Law Office of Paul A. Krasker, P.A. on July 1, 2009 and previously was a name shareholder within the commercial department of the law firm of Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Breton, White & Krasker, P.A. in West Palm Beach. Mr. Krasker practices in the areas of real property, business and general corporate law. His corporate practice centers on counseling businesses on entity formations and ongoing operations, with a focus on growth strategies and financings, as well as asset and stock acquisitions and sales. He concentrates his real estate practice on commercial and residential development, entitlements, conveyances and financings. Mr. Krasker is a graduate of Skidmore College and Cornell Law School, and completed a political studies program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Krasker is a past Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and a past Board of Director of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Florida Bar. He has served on the Advisory Board of several area banks and is active in many non-profit organizations, most notably serving as pro bono legal counsel to Marinelife Center of Juno Beach, Inc., Florida Resource Center for Women and Children, Inc. and ARC of Palm Beach County.Mr. Krasker is an alumnus of the Leadership West Palm Beach program, a member of the West Palm Beach CRA Advisory Board and is active in the local community, volunteering in “at risk” schools through Junior Achievement and other mentoring programs and participating in various West Palm Beach civic and political issues.

Mr. Krasker is a past President of Mayacoo Lakes Country Club. He is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and currently resides in the El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach with his wife, Amy and their twin daughters, Samantha and Lucy.

Andrea M. Holloway, Esquire

Andrea Holloway graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Her areas of practice include real estate, corporate law and estate administration. Prior to joining The Law Office of Paul A. Krasker, P.A., Mrs. Holloway practiced in Colorado and in Broward County.She is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and The Colorado Bar and an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Mrs. Holloway is a native of Colorado and currently resides in West Palm Beach with her husband. She is an alumnus of the Leadership West Palm Beach program and her civic duties include The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beach Beaches and Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches.

Jennifer Cunha, Esquire

Jennifer Cunha focuses her practice in the area of real estate and civil litigation. As former General Counsel for Palm Beach County Housing Authority, she has extensive experience enforcing landlord rights, including HUD Section 8 properties, Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, and private owners. Jennifer represents a number of Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations where she analyzes, documents, and strategically recommends the quickest and most efficient resolution of delinquent accounts for her clients. She has also successfully litigated several federal and county Fair Housing lawsuits.During her tenure with Palm Beach County Housing Authority, Jennifer worked closely with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office in the development of a subsidized housing anti-fraud program. She subsequently participated in the investigation and prosecution of cases totaling over $1.2 million dollars in restitution orders. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of the Inspector General awarded Jennifer with a Certificate of Appreciation for her significant contributions to subsidized housing and HUD criminal fraud investigations within Palm Beach County.Additionally, Jennifer has lectured at national conventions hosted by Housing Development Law Institute (HDLI) on the topics of fraud investigation in public and Section 8 housing. She has also conducted legal trainings in conjunction with Housing and Urban Development throughout Southeast Florida.

Myra Gendel, Esquire

Myra Gendel concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, real estate and asset-based financing, commercial loan transactions and workouts, title insurance and general corporate matters. Myra has received the ‘AV’ rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Myra graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University Law where she was an Editor of the Case Western Reserve University Law Review. Before joining The Law Office of Paul A. Krasker, P.A., she was a partner at Ackerman, Link & Sartory in West Palm Beach.

Kinley Engvalson, Esquire

Litigation Attorney, Homeowner Assistance Division

Admitted to practice in 1981, Mr. Engvalson has broad experience including Real Estate Foreclosure, Estate Planning, Probate and Divorce. He is the owner and president of Engvalson and Associates, P.A., f/k/a Roberts & Engvalson, P.A., in Ft. Myers, FL., since 1994. Mr. Engvalson is a past President of the Lee County Bar Association, past Chair of the Lee County Bar Association’s Law Related Education Committee and the Florida Bar’s Professional Stress Committee. He was the Legal Affairs Consultant on WBBH-TV Midday Report (1996).

Mr. Engvalson has served the community in numerous capacities, including, YMCA football coach, Little League coach, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lee County Chapter of the American Red Cross, past President of the George Town Homeowner’s Association and past President of the Fort Myers Kiwanis Club, former President of Daniels Preserve’s Home Owners
Association, and former Member of the Board of Directors of the Christian Chamber of Southwest Florida.

Paul Baltrun

Director of Corporate Development

Paul D. Baltrun has been a visionary in the mortgage crisis. He is an experienced Loss Mitigation professional, Mortgage Correspondent, Mortgage Banking Executive and Senior Business Administrator with over 18 years of experience. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Baltrun has dedicated his profession to our country’s mortgage and real estate crisis. He assists Florida Homeowners through his facilitation and administration of our firm’s agency approval for the Florida Hardest Hit Fund. Mr. Baltrun was a pioneer in the loss mitigation industry as the founder of Community One, Incorporated, a national servicing company for loss mitigation files.
Mr. Baltrun has founded and operated Community One Mortgage and First Financial Savings, both correspondent mortgage lending companies. He held the position as Vice President of Operations for a fortune 200 mortgage banking company. Additionally, Mr. Baltrun was chosen by the CEO of American General, a fortune 500 company to be part of a distinguished management group. Mr. Baltrun holds a BS in marketing from Florida State University, several mortgage accreditation and is a leader in his community. He is asked by various media sources on a regular basis to speak on today’s mortgage work problems and solutions. He is a native of North Palm Beach, Florida and resides with his wife and two children in Jupiter, Florida.
