Mr. Osofsky was previously a shareholder of the law firm of Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Breton, White and Krasker, P.A., and joined Mr. Krasker at the present Firm in January, 2010.
Mr. Osofsky’s practice includes a wide variety of work including real estate litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, landlord/tenant matters, foreclosure (both plaintiff and defendant), tax deed litigation, quiet title actions, collection matters, banking law, probate litigation, HOA and COA in all areas including foreclosures, violations of covenants, as well as assisting in the drafting of Declarations and amendments. In addition, Mr. Osofsky practices in the area of Appellate law, having participated in oral arguments before the Second, Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.
