Paul Krasker, Esquire

Principal Attorney
Paul A. Krasker, Esq. founded the Law Office of Paul A. Krasker, P.A. on July 1, 2009 and previously was a name shareholder within the commercial department of the law firm of Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Breton, White and Krasker, P.A. in West Palm Beach. Mr. Krasker practices in the areas of real property, business and general corporate law. His corporate practice centers on counseling businesses on entity formations and ongoing operations, with a focus on growth strategies and financings, as well as asset and stock acquisitions and sales. He concentrates his real estate practice on commercial and residential development, conveyances and financings.

In 2010, Mr. Krasker formed the Homeowners Assistance Division (HAD) of his law office to provide help for homeowners with distressed real estate. The Homeowners Assistance Division assists with loan modifications, short sale negotiations, foreclosure defense and related services. To date, HAD has assisted more than 6,000 homeowners to obtain some form of relief. In 2011, Mr. Krasker was appointed as one of the only law offices to be an approved advisor by the Florida Housing Corporation to administer the Hardest Hit Fund applications for Floridians statewide.

Marshall Osofsky, Esquire

Senior Litigator
Marshall J. Osofsky, Esq., practices general litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation including representing individuals, institutional clients, small business clients, and community associations. Mr. Osofsky was previously a shareholder of the law firm of Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, Breton, White and Krasker, P.A., and joined Mr. Krasker at the present Firm in January, 2010.

Mr. Osofsky’s practice includes a wide variety of work including real estate litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, landlord/tenant matters, foreclosure (both plaintiff and defendant), tax deed litigation, quiet title actions, collection matters, banking law, probate litigation, HOA and COA in all areas including foreclosures, violations of covenants, as well as assisting in the drafting of Declarations and amendments. In addition, Mr. Osofsky practices in the area of Appellate law, having participated in oral arguments before the Second, Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.

Kinley Engvalson, Esquire

Litigation Attorney, Homeowner Assistance Division
Admitted to practice in 1981, Mr. Engvalson has broad experience including Real Estate Foreclosure, Estate Planning, Probate and Divorce. He is the owner and president of Engvalson and Associates, P.A., f/k/a Roberts and Engvalson, P.A., in Ft. Myers, FL., since 1994. Mr. Engvalson is a past President of the Lee County Bar Association, past Chair of the Lee County Bar Association’s Law Related Education Committee and the Florida Bar’s Professional Stress Committee. He was the Legal Affairs Consultant on WBBH-TV Midday Report (1996).

Mr. Engvalson has served the community in numerous capacities, including, YMCA football coach, Little League coach, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lee County Chapter of the American Red Cross, past President of the George Town Homeowner’s Association and past President of the Fort Myers Kiwanis Club, former President of Daniels Preserve’s Home Owners
Association, and former Member of the Board of Directors of the Christian Chamber of Southwest Florida.

Mr. Engvalson is deeply committed to assisting his clients navigate the turbulent waters of foreclosure defense and family crisis caused by divorce or death.

Andrea M. Holloway, Esquire

Andrea Holloway graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. Her areas of practice include real estate, corporate law and estate administration. Prior to joining The Law Office of Paul A. Krasker, P.A., Mrs. Holloway practiced in Colorado and in Broward County.She is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and The Colorado Bar and an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Mrs. Holloway is a native of Colorado and currently resides in West Palm Beach with her husband. She is an alumnus of the Leadership West Palm Beach program and her civic duties include The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beach Beaches and Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches.

Jeffrey S. Hochfelsen, Esquire

Jeffrey received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice before the New York Bar, the Florida Bar, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has extensive experience in Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law and General Business Law. He served as an Adjunct Lecturer of Bankruptcy Law at Queens College, Flushing, New York, and Business Law at Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida. He is a frequent speaker in the areas of real estate and bankruptcy issues. His main focus of practice is in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, along with Foreclosures and Real Estate Workouts representing Debtors.

James S. Werter, Esquire

James S. Werter, was born and raised in New York City. He graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, New York in 1980, majoring in Police Science after finishing an enlistment with the U.S. Air Force as a Security Policeman. He continued his law enforcement career as a Detective Investigator with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office and as a Senior Investigator with the N.Y.C. Mayor’s Office before re-entering the military as an officer in 1981.

James entered the U.S. Navy as an Officer/Pilot with collateral duties in security, eventually cross-training in Naval Intelligence, assigned to Naval Investigative Service as a Reserve Officer/Agent while attending law school.

Upon his separation from active duty, James S. Werter, Esquire, attended University of Bridgeport School of Law, Connecticut, graduating in 1990, winning awards for Outstanding Legal Scholarship and Excellence in Legal Writing. Immediately after graduating, he returned to Florida where he spent his Navy career, beginning his law career as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office, Seventh Judicial Circuit, Daytona Beach, Florida. After three years, he opened his private practice and stayed in the northeast Florida area. Additionally, he taught law classes at Daytona Beach Community College.
